| الوصف: | Testosterone is frequently used for the optimization of mid-life health. This therapy is effective and safe if accompanied by adequate counseling, before prescription, and during administration. In this opinion piece, we discuss the style and substance of medication counseling for testosterone therapy. The role and scope of counseling are highlighted, with a focus on screening, diagnosis, medication counseling, sexual counseling, and monitoring. This article should prove useful for all health care professionals. |
