الوصف: Reactive oxygen species induced by endoplasmic reitculum stress can be exploited for cancer therapy. Here, nanoparticles are targetted to the endoplasmic reticulum and, when accompanied by PDT, produce stress resulting in calreticulin exposure on the cell surface, which activates dendritic cells.
