| الوصف: | Anna Tositti Pallucchini è stata una grande esperta della storiografia artistica in ambito veneto, con pubblicazioni di fondamentale importanza dedicate ad autori e ad artisti di epoca moderna. La ricognizione della sua attività non è semplice: la scoperta del suo operato avviene grazie all’analisi della carriera professionale e accademica del marito, Rodolfo Pallucchini e, di conseguenza, dalle notizie riportate sulla rivista da lui fondata, «Arte Veneta», attraverso i contributi ad opera della studiosa. La metodologia adottata, in mancanza dell’archivio personale di Tositti Pallucchini, è costituita dall’analisi dei suoi scritti, siano essi pubblicazioni monografiche o articoli e recensioni apparse in varie testate giornalistiche, al fine di comprendere i suoi centri di interesse e le sue propensioni. Si scopre così come la studiosa si sia concentrata, per tutta la sua carriera, sulla combinazione di analisi storiografica e indagine sociologica del fenomeno artistico e di tutti gli aspetti che vi gravitano attorno, per dare una nuova visione dell’argomento. Anna Tositti Pallucchini has been a great expert in Venice’s artistic historiography, with publications of fundamental importance dedicated to authors and artists, especially of the Modern Era. The recognition of her activity is complicated: the discovery of her work takes place thanks to the analysis of the professional and academic career of her husband, Rodolfo Pallucchini and, consequently, from the news reported in the magazine he founded, «Arte Veneta», through the contributions of the scholar. The methodology adopted, in the absence of the personal archive of Tositti Pallucchini, consists in the analysis of her writings, be they monographic publications or articles and reviews published in various newspapers, in order to understand her centers of interest and propensities. It turns out that the scholar has focused, throughout her career, on the combination of historiographical analysis and sociological investigation of the artistic phenomenon and all the aspects that gravitate around it, to give a new vision of the subject. |
