الوصف: It is definitely an organizational fact that today, unlike the past; organizations are operating in a complex and dynamic environment.In such an environment, rapid change and intense occurs and competition in a complex environment is a crucial element for any organization.Organizations to meet the global fields have to provide the tools and supplies needed for this competition which include capital, technology and human resources that the last one is most important.Certainly over the short term empower human resource cannot be achieved. Employee's empowerment is one of the important topics of interest to the attention of managers and employees.This research aims at empowering employees has been done in the ministry of Cooperation, Labour and Social Welfare and according to social cognitive theory, three key success factors in individual, team and organizational in the sense of understanding its capabilities are introduced.So the development of the questionnaire and analysis by SPSS software are found that there is a direct correlation between the three factors mentioned and employee empowerment
