| الوصف: | Transgenic lines of grapevine containing silencing constructs of F3´5´H based on ihpRNA mechanism were studied for their flavonoids and for the expression of F3´5´H gene copies. 83-89 % of transgenic lines showed various degrees of silencing, and increase of di-hydroxylated anthocyanins and kaempferol were observed in the leaves of transgenic lines. |
