| الوصف: | Cervical myelopathy due to a disc herniation commonly manifests with difficulty in walking, spastic weakness of upper limbs and hands, hyperreflexia, and patchy sensory loss due to mechanical disruption and vascular compromise of spinal cord pathways to the extremities. We report a rare manifestation of cervical myelopathy in a thirty-five year old woman with an acute cervical disc herniation in the form of Horner's syndrome.
