الوصف:	EGFR is aberrantly activated in many cancer types. Here the authors show that small GTPase ARF6 mediates the trafficking of palmitoylated EGFR from Golgi to plasma membrane and the blockade of this sorting system inhibits the growth of EGFR overexpression tumours.
