الوصف: We have carried out the analysis of antymicobacterial activity of PYATd10 diazinon derivative and dapsone. The capability of PYATd10 compound and dapsone drug to suppress the growth of M.lufu culture was studied by the method of serial dilutions. Visual evaluation of inoculations in medium Shkolnikova showed that there was no growth of mycobacteria with PYATd10 concentration 128 μg/ml, while minimum suppressing concentration of dapsone were equal to 32 μg/ml. Examining smears, colored according to Murohashi, under the influence of PYATd10 excipient and dapsone drug in the same concentrations, we have revealed the decrease of mycobacterial living forms content. A share of inviable bacteria decreased after the cultivation intensification, but amounts to less than 35%. Thus, the PYATd10 compound exhibits antimycobacterial activity towards M. lufu, being slightly inferior to the dapsone comparative drug by this type of activity.
