الوصف: To solve the problem of water inrush from Ordovician limestone in deep seam mining of Fengfeng Mining Area, the geological and hydrogeological conditions of deep seam mining in Fengfeng Mining Area and the problems of water disaster the paper are analyzed, as well as the ways and characteristics of water inrush from Ordovician limestone in deep seam mining and the shortcomings of current water control technology are pointed out. The mechanism of water inrush from Ordovician limestone in deep seam mining is studied, and the prevention and control technologies of water disaster in deep coal seam mining are proposed, such as the comprehensive exploration, regional control, grouting and reinforcement of coal seam floor, isolated mining in different areas and increasing the drainage capacity of the mine. The practice has proved that the comprehensive exploration of coal seam floor structure and regional control are the most effective technologies to prevent water inrush from Ordovician limestone in deep coal seam mining.
