الوصف: The pharmacoepidemiological study demonstrated that bronchodilator preparations were prescribed for the treatment of chronic obstructive bronchopneumopathy in accordance with national and international recommendations. Salbutamol or fenoterol was administered in case of disease exacerbations. While long-acting beta2-adrenomimetics, M-colinoblocks and inhaled glucocorticoids were used in the treatment of stable forms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Fixed combinations such as beta-2 adrenomimetics with long-lasting M-colinoblocks, long-lasting beta-2 adrenomimetics with inhaled glucocorticoids, beta-2-adrenomimetics with long-lasting M-colinoblocks with inhaled glucocorticoids were also used. These drugs were prescribed as original or generic preparations, depending on availability in the pharmaceutical market.
