الوصف: This research aimed to conduct a study on the physicochemical characteristics of different frozen fruit pulp commercialized in Campos dos Goytacazes – RJ, and verify their agreement with current laws. A descriptive study was conducted, in which physical and chemical parameters of fruit pulps of different flavors commercialized in the city of Campos Goytacazes – RJ were analyzed. Results showed that all analyzed samples presented vitamin C content below values allowed by legislation, and that the guava and lemon pulp showed acid values below the established standards. With regard to the labels analyzed on the packaging of fruit pulp, adequacy of packaging to batch numbers remains to be made.
