الوصف: Livedoid dermatitis (Nicolau syndrome) is an uncommon and avoidable side effect of intramuscular injection. In this case report we present a 60-year-old female who developed a unilateral painful ulcer around the site of injection. Serial photography taken by the patient was pathognomonic.
