Mutant allele frequency of plasma EGFR T790M was detected by 3D Digital PCR, then 25 selected samples were verified by ARMS-PCR and four of them were verified by next generation sequencing (NGS).Results: In total, 52.94% (69/119) had EGFR T790M mutations detected by 3D Digital PCR.
