| مستخلص: | "Based on the DoD goals for cyberspace and the need to ensure the DoD can operate freely in cyberspace and efficiently organize its resources, the Air Force has developed an institutional force devoted to supporting cyberspace operations, Air Force Cyber Command (AFCYBER). However, the Air Force is uncertain whether or not its cyber force is postured effectively to support cyber operations. This paper outlines the mission, posture, and organization of AFCYBER, discusses U.S. Cyber Command's (USCYBERCOM) mission and component command requirements as well as the missions and organizations of the sister Service cyber components, then compares these cyber components and missions to determine whether AFCYBER is postured properly to support the Air Force and USCYBERCOM missions and finally recommends how the Air Force's cyber component can align better with Air Force and USCYBERCOM needs to maximize Air Force personnel to support cyber missions."--Abstract. |
