| مستخلص: | "(6m) On or before January 30 of each year; after consultation with the department of health and social services, report to the joint committee on finance and to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature, for distribution to the appropriate standing committees under s. 13.172 (3), on all of the following: (a) The number of prisoners transferred to a mental health institute under s. 51 .20 (13) (a) 4 and their average length of stay and the number of prisoners transferred to a mental health institute on a voluntary basis and their average length of stay. (b) The number of prisoners being treated with psychotropic drugs on both a voluntary and involuntary basis and the types of drugs being used.
