| مستخلص: | Die Korrelation von intraoperativer Makulaforamen-Morphologie und postoperativer Netzhaut-Funktion war das Ziel dieser Arbeit. Die intraoperative Morphologie wurde mit Hilfe von iSD-OCT-Aufnahmen analysiert und mit dem postoperativem Visus korreliert. Das Makulaforamen erschien nach Vitrektomie flacher und basal breiter. Es konnte ein Zusammenhang zwischen niedrigem intraoperativen MHI und gutem postoperativen Visus sowie zwischen breiter intraoperativer Foramenbasis und besserem postoperativen Visus hergestellt werden. The aim of this study was to correlate the operative morphology of full thickness macular holes (FTMH) with the postoperative functional outcome. The operative morphology has been assessed by iSD-OCT scans and then matched with the postoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA). FTMH after vitrectomy was lower in height and wider in base. There was a correlation between a low operative MHI and a good postoperative BCVA as well as between a wide operative base and a better postoperative BCVA. |
