مستخلص:	L’objectiu principal d’aquest treball fi de grau ha estat trobar un possible mètode de clusterització per la cerca de patrons similars en les sèries de dades procedents dels analitzadors de concentració de clor situats a la sortida de dipòsit de distribució d’aigua potable, en el que es relaciona la funció i la geometria definida pels dipòsits. Per obtenir aquest mètode proposat, s’han realitzat tècniques de clusterització visual, tècniques estadístiques i la creació d’un model. Els primers passos han estat un anàlisi previ de les 76 sèries de dades per veure si aquestes eren completes o no, i la creació d’una hipòtesi inicial segons les tipologies de comportaments que han presentat. S’ha observat que moltes de les sèries han presentat valors nuls i fora del rang admissible i s’ha realitzat el pre-processament de les sèries per una posterior anàlisi de clusterització. Amb l’obtenció de 61 sèries processades, s’han utilitzat tècniques estadístiques descriptives en el conjunt global i separades per setmanes per la cerca de possibles similituds de les sèries de dades. Com aquests indicadors no han estat concloents, s’ha procedit a classificar les 61 sèries segons la seva mitjana aritmètica setmanal al llarg de les 9 setmanes on s’han obtingut tres grups, les sèries regulars, les semi-regulars i les no regulars. Per buscar una semblança entre les sèries regulars, s’ha procedit a caracteritzar totes aquelles que han presentat un comportament bipotencial amb la creació d’un model ,i amb els coeficients més significatius de l’equació d’ajust com són la k per el pendent de la recta i la c per la curvatura, s’ha aconseguit clusteritzar les sèries en tres clústers. The main objective of this thesis has been to find a possible clustering method for the search of similar patterns in the data series coming from chlorine concentration analysers whose location is at the output of the potable water distribution tanks. This method relates the function and the geometry which are defined by the tanks. In order to obtain this proposed method, visual clustering techniques, statistical techniques and the creation of a model have been executed. The first steps have been done to a preliminary analysis of the 76 data sets to see if they were complete or not, and an initial hypothesis has been made according to behavioural typologies that they have presented. It has been detected that many of this data sets had values that were null and outside the admissible range and the pre-processing of the series has been realized for a further clustering analysis. With the acquisition of 61 processed data sets, the descriptive statistical techniques have been used in the global set and separated by weeks set, in order to find a possible similarity within the data sets. As these indicators have been non-conclusive, we have proceeded to classify the 61 series according to their weekly arithmetic average over the 9 weeks. As a result of that, we have obtained three groups: regular, semi-regular and non-regular series. Furthermore, we proceeded to characterise all those series which presented a bipotential behaviour by creating a model. The most significant parameters of the adjustment equation such as k for the slope of the line and c for the curvature, have been used for the characterisation model. Finally, we succeeded in clustering the data sets into three clusters.
