| مستخلص: | The first and larger part of the book covers exploration techniques, the evaluation of mineral deposits, and markets, including details of the production cartels for oil, copper, bauxite, iron ores, tungsten and uranium. The second part, which has been expanded from 40 to 80 pages, discusses the activities of the international organisations (UN, OECD, EEC) in the field of raw materials, as well as the national policies of the industrial nations; the final chapter is concerned with aid to the developing countries via international bodies such as the World Bank, the technical and financial co-operation projects of the FRG, and the effects of raw materials projects on the infrastructure and social structures of third world nations. The bibliography now contains over 200 references to the German and English literature and there is also an index.
