| مستخلص: | The assay addresses the problem of the relationship between the Italian Civil Code l 1865 and social needs. Social issues and the emergence of new needs for protection of workers at work, require doctrinal and legislative effort that pushes the Italian legal science to take a stand on certain critical issues such as employer's liability with respect to workplace injuries and lack of fairness in contracts. El artículo enfrenta el problema de la relación entre el l el Código Civil italiano de 1865 y las necesidades sociales. La cuestión social y la aparición de nuevas necesidades en materia de protección de los trabajadores en el trabajo, requieren un esfuerzo doctrinal y legislativo que empuja a la ciencia juridica italiana a tomar una posición sobre ciertos temas críticos como la responsabilidad del empresario con respecto a las lesiones en el trabajo y en la falta de equidad en los contratos. |
