| مستخلص: | Lan honetan, Promesa kolektiboaren hastapenetik abiatuta Agintzarik izan duen bilakaera historikoa jaso da, 1977. urtetik gaur egunera arte, eskuartze sozio-hezitzailearen eta euskal gizarte-zerbitzuen sistemaren garapenaren testuinguruan. Gaur egun Agintzari ibilbide luzeko proiektua da, eta bere sektorean erreferente. Izan ere, gizarte ekimeneko kooperatiba (GEK) honetan 491 pertsonak lan egiten dute; eta 2014. urtean beste GEK bat sortu zuen: Zabalduz. Bien artean Sarea eratu zuten, eta 2017. urtean ia 21.000 pertsona artatu. Agintzariren bilakaera historikoaren gaineko analisi honek euskal gizarteak egindako ibilbidea zein izan den ikusteko aukera ematen digu, zein beharrizan izan dituen ematen du, baita eskuartze sozio-hezitzailearen zein gizarte hezitzailearen figuraren eraldaketa behatzeko ere. En este artículo se recoge el recorrido histórico que a partir del colectivo Promesa inició Agintzari en 1977 y que continúa hasta la actualidad en el contexto de la intervención socioeducativa y el desarrollo del sistema de servicios sociales en el País Vasco. Agintzari hoy es un proyecto con un dilatado recorrido y referente en el sector, la primera cooperativa de iniciativa social (CIS), en la que trabajan 491 personas, y que en el 2014 creó otra CIS, denominada Zabalduz. Agintzari y Zabalduz conforman Sarea y entre ambas atendieron en el año 2017 a casi 21.000 personas. Este análisis de su desarrollo histórico nos permite observar a lo largo de su trayectoria cómo ha evolucionado la sociedad vasca y sus necesidades, así como la intervención socioeducativa y la figura del educador/a social. |
