| مستخلص: | A clinical case of a 28-year-old female patient who attends to a clinical psychology clinic because she has symptoms of low mood and anxiety is presented. Therapeutic treatment has been proposed from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Behavioral Activation Therapy (BA). Evaluation has begun with an clinical open interview, evaluation instruments (BDI-II, AAQ, STAI-R / STAI-E, BADS and EROS) and work on the patient's life history. From this analysis and evaluation work, the function of isolation and emotional distress has been inferred as an Experiential Avoidance Disorder (TEE). Finally, the results achieved for a better understanding of this problematic type, regarding to its nature and the factors involved will be discussed, as well as for the design of effective psychological interventions. Se presenta un caso clínico de una paciente mujer de 28 años que acude a consulta de psicología clínica por bajo estado de ánimo y ansiedad. El tratamiento terapéutico ha sido planteado desde la Terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso (ACT) y la Terapia de Activación Conductual (BA). Se ha iniciado la evaluación con entrevista abierta, instrumentos de evaluación (BDI-II, AAQ, STAI-R / STAI-E, BADS y EROS) y trabajo sobre historia de vida de la paciente. Desde ese trabajo de análisis y evaluación se ha podido inferir la función del aislamiento y el malestar emocional como un Trastorno de Evitación Experiencial (TEE). Finamente se discutirán los resultados alcanzados para una mejor comprensión de este tipo de problemática en cuanto a su naturaleza y factores implicados así como para el diseño de intervenciones psicológicas eficaces. |
