| مستخلص: | La certificación de destinos turísticos como destinos sostenibles es un tema novedoso en Colombia, que se fundamenta en Normas Técnicas Sectoriales, existiendo una pauta específica para cada tipo de destino a certificar (interior o playa). Para el presente proyecto de investigación, los requisitos fueron los establecidos en la Norma Técnica Sectorial de Turismo Sostenible - NTS TS 001-2: 2007, que es la norma correspondiente a la certificación de destinos turísticos de playa. Esta norma busca mejorar, a través de la implementación de un sistema de gestión, no sólo las condiciones en el ámbito ambiental, sino que exista una transversalidad entre el componente ambiental, el socio-cultural, el económico y el de seguridad, contribuyendo al progreso de la sociedad que se involucra directamente con esta actividad, es decir tiene como objetivo fundamental crear una cultura de la excelencia en la prestación de servicios a los consumidores, que se realiza en los destinos turísticos.AbstractCertification of tourist destinations such as sustainable destinations is a new subject in Colombia, which is based on Sectoral Technical Standards, having a specific pattern for each type of destination to certify (indoor or beach). For this research project, the requirements were established in the Technical Standard for Sustainable Tourism - NTS TS 001-2: 2007, which is the corresponding certification standard for beach destinations. This standard aims to improve, through the implementation of a management system, not only the conditions in the environmental field, but there is a crosscutting between cultural socio-environmental component, the economy and security, contributing to progress of society that engages directly with tourism. Its main purpose is to create a culture of excellence in providing services to consumers, conducted in tourist destinations. |
