| مستخلص: | Since the decade of 1920, the debate in order to put the production development political practices with intervention of the state is set out. The approaches were done since the technical, political and business range, materialized in the mining sector, since the end of this decade, with the creation of institutions like the CACREMI, and in more specific terms, with the creation on a net of mineral buying agencies and foundries, which most emblematic example was the National Foundry of Minerals in Paipote. What is presented in this document is the initial debate around the necessity of a more important state intervention and the effects produced by it on the preservation of a traditional small size mining and on the spatial distribution of the regional population of Atacama. Desde la década de 1920 se planteó en Chile la discusión por poner en práctica políticas de fomento productivo con intervención del Estado. Los planteamientos se hicieron desde el ámbito técnico, político y empresarial, materializándose en el campo de la minería, desde fines de esa década, en el establecimiento de instituciones como la CACREMI y, en términos más específicos, en la creación de una red de agencias compradoras de minerales y fundiciones cuyo ejemplo más emblemático fue la Fundición Nacional de Minerales de Paipote. Lo que se presenta en este documento es la discusión inicial acerca de la necesidad de una mayor intervención estatal y los efectos producidos por ella en la preservación de una minería tradicional de pequeña escala y en la distribución espacial de la población regional de Atacama. |
