| مستخلص: | The article presented is one of the research project results on Appraisal of labor performance of administrative career employees, in which the system is located within the civil service or public service, and then show some of the quantitative and qualitative results of on inquiry, and to conclude with some reflections on the formalization and institutionalization of this system. El artículo presentado es uno de los resultados del proyecto de investigación sobre evaluación del desempeño laboral de los empleados de carrera administrativa, en el cual se ubica este sistema dentro del servicio civil o función pública, para luego mostrar algunos de los resultados cuantitativos y cualitativos de la indagación realizada, y concluir con algunas reflexiones sobre la formalización y la institucionalización de este sistema. |
