مستخلص:	Inspirado pelas discussões que tenho conduzido em minhas aulas na Graduação e por dois ensaios que publiquei em mídias sociais, este texto tem por propósito discutir a legitimidade das violências cometidas pelas minorias de gênero e sexualidade como um ato, por vezes desesperado, de resposta a sucessivas injúrias, as quais, segundo entendo, ferem como que de morte essas populações. Nos dois ensaios mencionados, formulei tal questão da seguinte forma: seria a violência uma forma legítima de enfrentamento à LGBTfobia e outras modalidades de produção de identidades subalternas? Este ensaio fará essas problematizações, além de, esquematicamente, propor algumas sinalizações que considero essenciais para o respeito à diferença, assim como para que as populações LGBT sejam plenamente incluídas na comunidade de direitos, tendo em vista, para fins deste texto, o cenário da Universidade brasileira. Inspired by the discussions I have conducted in my undergraduate classes and by two essays I have published on high impact social media, this text is intended to discuss the legitimacy of violence committed by gender and sexuality minorities as an often desperate act of responding to successive Injuries, which, as I understand it, injure these populations as if they were dead. In the two essays mentioned, I posed this question in the following way: would violence be a legitimate way of coping with LGBTphobia and other forms of production of subaltern identities? This text, therefore, an academic production written quite freely and essays, will make these problematisations, and, schematically, propose some signs that I consider essential for respect for difference, as well as for LGBT populations to be fully included in the community of rights, with a view, for Of this text, the scenario of the Brazilian University.
