| مستخلص: | RIVM rapport:Dit rapport beschrijft de resultaten van een inventarisatie, gemaakt door het Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu, van de wijzigingen in de EC Technical Guidance Documents (TGD's) ter ondersteuning bij de risicobeoordeling van nieuwe stoffen, bestaande stoffen en biociden. De TGD's (voor het eerst gepubliceerd in 1996) zijn onderworpen aan verfijning als gevolg van een jarenlange ervaring opgedaan bij de beoordeling van een groot aantal nieuwe- en bestaande stoffen. Het document is verder uitgebreid met de vereisten voor biociden. De aangepaste TGD's zijn geaccordeerd door de Competente Autoriteiten (CA's) van de EU lidstaten. De "final draft" documenten zoals deze beschikbaar waren op de beschermde internet pagina van het Europees Chemicalien Bureau (ECB) op 1 augustus 2002 zijn door het RIVM gebruikt voor de huidige inventarisatie. De documenten zijn niet gewijzigd tot aan het verschijnen van het huidige rapport in november 2002. Dit rapport vormt een basis voor de aanpassing van de (procedures voor) risicobeoordeling zoals deze wordt uitgevoerd door het RIVM en het computermodel EUSES (European Union System for the Evaluation of Substances). This report presents the results of an inventory made in 2002 by the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) on the revisions of the EC Technical Guidance Documents (TGDs) in support of risk assessment for newly notified substances, existing substances and biocides. The TGDs (first published in 1996) were subject to an update procedure, taking into account the experience gained in the assessment of numerous new and existing substances and the additional needs of the risk assessment of biocides. The Competent Authorities (CAs) of the EU member states came to an agreement on the revised TGDs. The 'final draft' documents, available on August 1, 2002, on the protected European Chemicals Bureau (ECB) website were used for the current inventory. These documents remained unchanged until the finalisation of the current report in November 2002. RIVM risk assessments and risk assessment procedures, along with the software tool, EUSES (European Union System for the Evaluation of Substances), will be adapted on the basis of this report. |
