| مستخلص: | Ovaj rad istražuje ravnotežne razine nezaposlenosti Hrvatske i njezinih županija. Koristeći se metodologijom o efikasnoj razini nezaposlenosti, rad za svrhu ima ispitati koliko su promatrana tržišta rada udaljena od svoje efikasne razine, pri kojoj je rasipanje resursa prilikom traženja i nuđenja zaposlenja smanjeno. Rezultati upućuju da je od 2004. do 2021. efikasna razina nezaposlenosti u Hrvatskoj iznosila 13,78% te da je stvarna razina nezaposlenosti u prosjeku bila 4 postotna boda viša od efikasne. Nakon recesije tržište rada u Hrvatskoj postaje napeto. Županije istočne Hrvatske najbliže su efikasnim razinama nezaposlenosti, ali su one iznimno visoke. Takvi rezultati upućuju na dublje strukturne probleme na tom području. S druge strane, županije središnje i sjeverne Hrvatske imaju, u prosjeku, najniže efikasne razine nezaposlenosti, ali i najveći negativni Beveridgeov jaz, što ističe potrebu za kreiranjem migracijske politike kako bi se odgovorilo na potrebe tržišta rada. |
