| الوصف: | Invited to present the recent work of Lepur and the CPDT on urban recycling by the BUUR office (integrated into the SWECO group) in the framework of a meeting of the SWECO Academy related to urban planning and the circular economy, the presentation aimed to take stock of : - the development and the results of the monitoring of the share of urban recycling in the production of housing in Wallonia (put in perspective with the distribution of land availability in housing areas and housing prices within Belgium); - the potential for urban recycling within the Walloon territory, on the one hand, of sites to be redeveloped (brownfields) and, on the other hand, of the built-up stock of a residential nature (through soft densification projects);- the spatial distribution of companies active in the residential economy within the Walloon territory. Invité à présenter les travaux récents du Lepur et de la CPDT sur le recyclage urbain par le bureau BUUR (intégré au groupe SWECO) dans le cadre d'une réunion de la SWECO Académie lié à l'urbanisme et l'économie circulaire, la présentation visait à faire le point sur : - la mise au point et les résultats du monitoring de la part du recyclage urbain dans la production de logement en Wallonie (mis en perspective avec la distribution des disponibilités foncières en zone d'habitat et des prix du logement au sein de la Belgique) ; - le potentiel du recyclage urbain que permet au sein du territoire wallon, d’une part, les sites à réaménager(les brownfields) et, d’autre part, le stock bâti à caractère résidentiel (au travers des projets de densification douce) ;- la distribution spatiale des entreprises actives dans l’économie résidentielle au sein du territoire wallon. recherche CPDT « Intensification et requalification des centralités pour lutter contre l’étalement urbain et la dépendance à la voiture » Recherche CPDT « Dynamiques économiques émergentes et nouveaux enjeux territoriaux » 9.
