Propone el artículo una interpretación de los conflictos en el medio industrial, basándose en el contenido de manifiestos, de grupos organizados por trabajadores en una fábrica de automobiles instalada en el Mezzogiorno de Italia. La elección de la localización era en mayor parte debida a la роса tradición industrial y conflictual de la región. Proponen los autores examinar las comunicaciones entre grupos organizados de trabajadores como medio para estudiar sus estrategias y comportamientos. Varias formas de conflictos están estudiadas, tanto las que poseen un término explicito de negociación como las más difusas o « espontáneas », visibles unicamente ex post facto. L'article propose une interprétation des conflits en milieu industriel, à partir du contenu des tracts de groupes organisés de travailleurs dans une usine d'automobiles installée dans le Mezzogiorno d'Italie. Le choix de localisation était en large partie dû à la faible tradition industrielle et conflictuelle de la région. Les auteurs proposent d'examiner les communications entre groupes organisés de travailleurs comme moyen d'étudier leurs stratégies et comportements. Plusieurs formes de conflits sont étudiées, tant celles possédant un terme explicite de négociation que celles plus diffuses ou « spontanées », visibles uniquement ex post facto. This article is concerned with a methodology for the study of industrial conflicts based on content analysis of leaflets and tracts produced by organized workers' groups in a newly constructed car plant in the italian Mezzogiorno. The plant was constructed there with the intention of moving to a region with a tradition of less organized and militant workers. The authors propose to examine the communications of the organized workers' group as a mean of studying the strategies and behavior of these groups. Different forms of conflicts are considered, i.e. struggles possessing a term of negotiation as well as diffuse or « spontaneous » forms of struggle which are only visible ex post facto. Marco Diani, Sebastiano Bagnara : Die Flugblätter als Uebersetzung von Meinungskonflikten. Der Aufsatz schlägt eine Interpretation der Konflikte im industriellen Milieu vor, ausgehend vom Inhalt der Flugblätter organisierter Arbeitergruppen in einem Automobilwerk in italienischen Mezzogiorno. Die Standortwahl wurde hauptsächlich aufgrund der geringen industriellen und konfliktuellen Tradition dieser Gegend vorgenommen. Die Autoren untersuchen die Verbindungen zwischen organisierten Arbeitergruppen als Mittel, deren Strategien und Verhaltensweisen zu studieren. Hier werden mehrere Konfliktformen untersucht, sowohl die, denen ausdrucklich eine Verhandlung zugrunde liegt, als auch die, eher diffusen und « spontanen » Konflikte, die erst im Nachhinein sichtbar werden. |
