Camino que ha venido marcado, especialmente desde 1992, tanto por las presiones y negociaciones internacionales como por las sucesivas ampliaciones de la Unión Europea. A pesar del poco tiempo transcurrido desde la última, es inminente una nueva modificación que se está gestando en estos momentos y que terminará diseñando una política agraria muy diferente a la actual.
