| الوصف: | El estudio de las termas de L. Licinius Sura, erigidas en el monte Aventino de Roma, debe superarnumerosas dificultades, como el desconocimiento de su posición exacta o la no identificación de restosarquitectónicos que puedan atribuírsele con seguridad. Sin embargo, partiendo de algunas fuentesliterarias, del estudio de la topografía del monte Aventino y de la representación que de estas termasse hace en la FUR, es posible ahora proponer una localización para este conjunto termal. Al mismotiempo, el estudio de las columnas reaprovechadas en la iglesia de Santa Sabina permite descartarque procedan de estas termas. The study of the Baths of L. Licinius Sura, erected on the Aventine Hill in Rome, must overcome numerousdifficulties, such as the lack of information on the exact location, or the failure to identify architecturalremains which can be safely attributed to them. However, based on some literary sources, the topographystudy of the Aventine Hill, and the representation of these baths in the FUR, it is now possible to proposea location for this thermal complex. Also, the study of the reused columns in the church of Santa Sabinaallows us to discard the provenance from the baths. |
