| الوصف: | El presente trabajo introduce una analogía con el estudio de John H. Levine de 1972 titulado “la esfera de influencia”, para desarrollar la idea de espacio de configuración de un or-den global anómico, donde converge la construcción formal y la estructura material, la validez teórica y la descripción empírica. Partimos de un planteamiento hipotético acerca del orden global emergente, empleando conceptos límite como el de no lugar del poder que implica que ningún actor ostenta –ni disputa– una posición dominante, el poder es inmanente a la es-tructura y no existe vínculo entre interacciones y actores, la forma es por sí misma producto-ra de sentido, lógica y procedimientos2; por ello, ubicamos nuestra propuesta como una fa-se ulterior del proceso de evolución precedido por la noción de imperio y sociedad en red de Hardt y Negri, y la vinculamos con el determinismo estructural del neorrealismo y la no-ción de interdependencias complejas. This work introduces an analogy with Joel H. Levine’s 1972 study entitled The Sphere of Influence to develop the idea of the configuration space of an anomic global order, in which the formal construction and material structure converge, as do the theoretical validity and empirical description. Based on a hypothetical approach to the emerging global order, we employ limit concepts such as placeless power, which implies that no actor occupies or dis-putes a dominant position, power is immanent in the structure and there is no link between interactions and actors, and form is itself a producer of sense, logic and procedures. Conse-quently, we situate our proposal as an ulterior phase of the evolution process preceded by Hardt and Negri’s notion of empire and the network society, and link it to the structural deter-minism of neorealism and the notion of complex interdependencies |
