| الوصف: | La creación y la supresión de la Escuela Central de Agricultura en Aranjuez son los elementos de referencia para el hilo argumental de esta pequeña historia que arranca con el nacimiento de la Escuela de Ingenieros Agrónomos de Madrid, en 1869, y sigue con el desarrollo de la misma, hasta la fecha, con leves pinceladas sobre sus instalaciones y, en particular, sobre el espacio propio de la formación hidráulica allí impartida. Con el apoyo de ilustraciones y apuntando a veces a interpretaciones poco convencionales, se hace un recorrido en el contexto histórico que se inicia con el Sexenio Revolucionario, sufre diversos impulsos de reconducción borbónica y pasa por el paréntesis de la Segunda República, entre 1931 y 1936. Se presentan con cierto detalle datos que ayudarán a no olvidar actuaciones relacionadas con la Guerra Civil que afectaron profundamente a la Escuela, en el epicentro del frente de la Ciudad Universitaria, y a su personal. The authors offer a look at circumstances around the Higher School of Agricultural Engineers of Madrid since its birth in1869 up to date, a focus being applied on its facilities and personnel in the field of hydraulics. A retrospective reference is made to its background in Aranjuez, since 1855, and to facts which happened during monarchist periods following the Revolutionary Sexenial Interval which ended with The Coup by General Martínez Campos and, later on, before and after Primo de Rivera and Franco’s dictatorships, throughout 1923-30 and 1939-75 periods, respectively. A door to new unconventional interpretations of those facts is opened, with some specific attention being paid to details about the Civil War (1936-39) which strongly interfered with the academic development during the republican period between 1931 and 1936. |
