Este artigo desenvolve-se em torno do confronto que se pode estabelecer entre as noções de nomos (lei) e physis (natureza), tanto em Tucídides, como nos sofistas, nos pré-socráticos, em Platão e Aristóteles. Justice, law and power are three concepts that are intertwined in the History of the Peloponnesian War, by Thucydides. This article will deal with the confrontation that we can establish between the notions of nomos (law) and physis (nature), both in Thucydides, as in the sophists, the pre-Socratic philosophers, Plato and Aristotle. |
