| الوصف: | In Toscana si conservano molte fonti contabili ascrivibili soprattutto ai secoli XIII-XVI. Oltre ai conosciuti registri appartenuti a Francesco Datini, gli archivi di ogni città possiedono documenti di piccole e medie imprese che animavano il tessuto economico della regione e talvolta del Mediterraneo. In questo quadro, abbiamo provato a mostrare in che modo i ragionieri del tempo tenessero memoria delle operazioni che avevano come oggetto l’allume. Per le numerose tipologie di registri abbiamo presentato la struttura dei conti i cui contenuti possono essere utilmente adoperati per gli studi dedicati al commercio e all’impiego del pregiato mordente. It is well known that Tuscan archives preserve a large number of accounting sources dating from the 13th-16th centuries. In addition to the numerous registers belonging to Francesco Datini, the archives of each town possess documents belonging to small and medium-sized enterprises enlivening the economic fabric of the region and sometimes of the Mediterranean. Within this framework, we have tried to show how the accountants of that time kept records of transactions involving alum. For the numerous types of registers, we have presented the structure of the accounts, the contents of which can be usefully applied to studies devoted to the trade and use of the precious mordant. |
