| الوصف: | The Covid-19 crisis has sparked litigation over the involvement of employee representatives in protecting employees’ health. It focused on risk assessment and the implementation of preventive measures. These solutions should be compared with those established in German Law where the Betriebsrat is the unique staff representative which has significant participation rights. La crise de la Covid-19 a provoqué un contentieux sur l’implication des représentants du personnel dans la protection de la santé des salariés. Celui-ci portait sur l’évaluation des risques et la mise en place des mesures de prévention. Il convient de comparer le droit français aux solutions établies en droit allemand qui est doté d’une institution représentative du personnel généraliste (Betriebsrat). |
