| الوصف: | Ziguinchor belongs to the most isolated administration’s area in Senegal. In this city, is slat or cut to the rest of Senegal by a foreign country : Gambia. Concerning the public development access for information communication (ICT), strong is the notice that there is an absence of a particular initiative from the state, either from the international’s cooperation. The private enterprise is the one who took the positives initiatives by putting some easy access to the ICT. And from this there’s a positive conclusion which come in the success of “Sud Informatique” incite others to entrenched themselves. From historical center of the city to the peripheral or small, there are some phone centers, cyber center and become some fundamentals structures of the space. La ville de Ziguinchor appartient à la région la plus isolée sinon la plus lointaine des régions administratives du Sénégal. Dans cette zone périphérique, enclavée et coupée du reste du pays par un territoire étranger, la Gambie, en proie à un conflit armé depuis deux décennies, il n’y a pas eu d’initiatives notables de l’Etat, ni de la coopération internationale pour le développement de l’accès public aux Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication (TIC). Ce sont des entreprises privées qui ont mis sur pied des points d’accès aux TIC. Parmi celles-ci, Sud Informatique est l’une des plus importantes et sa réussite a permis à d’autres de s’implanter. Du centre historique de la ville à la périphérie, télécentres et cybercentres apparaissent et deviennent des éléments forts de la structuration de l’espace. |
