| الوصف: | Les célèbres contes de Perrault ont donné lieu à de surprenantes formes de réappropriation fictionnelle et de recomposition narrative. Dans les années 1860, deux planches de l’imagerie populaire d’Épinal et de Metz, La mère l’Oie, Histoire de la mère-l’Oie reprennent ces contes à l’usage des enfants. Elles racontent la transformation des contes dits en contes écrits, le passage d’une culture folklorique et mythique au moralisme d’une culture folklorisée, la victoire de l’art de l’imprimerie sur la transmission de bouche à oreille. Il faut en effet convaincre le jeune public de l’incontournable pouvoir et savoir de l’écrit. Et de l’oralité traditionnelle ne reste plus qu’un artefact d’oralité.... The well-known tales of Perrault have lead to surprising forms of fictional appropriation and narrative re-composition. In the 1860’s, two plates of popular imagery, from Épinal and from Metz, La mère l’Oie, Histoire de la Mère-l’Oie, use folktales destined for children. They recount the transformation of oral tales into written tales, the passage from a folkloric and mythical culture to the moralism of a folklorized culture, the victory of the art of printing over word-of-mouth transmission. It is important to convince a young public of the inevitable power and know-how of writing. Of oral tradition, the only thing that remains is an oral-based artifact. |
