| الوصف: | Une fouille préventive menée à Vénissieux (Rhône) a permis d’étudier un dépotoir constitué de déchets domestiques et commerciaux. Les divers emballages en verre et céramique découverts illustrent notamment la consommation d’alcool à Lyon à la fin du XIXe et au début du XXe siècle. Les bouteilles en verre attestent d’une part de l’activité brassicole dans la ville et d’autre part de la forte consommation de spiritueux. Des objets oubliés comme les pyrogènes sont les témoins parlants de l’essor de la publicité en faveur de l’alcool, destinée à la clientèle des cafés et des brasseries. L’étude de ce mobilier permet en outre d’aborder le thème de l’alcoolisme à Lyon au début de la période contemporaine. A preventive excavation carried out in Vénissieux (Rhône) has made it possible to study a dump consisting of domestic and commercial waste. The various glass and ceramic containers discovered illustrate in particular the consumption of alcohol in Lyon at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries. The glass bottles attest to the brewing activity in the city on the one hand and the high consumption of spirits on the other. Forgotten objects such as pyrogenes bear witness to the rise of alcohol advertising aimed at the clientele of cafés and breweries. The study of this furniture also makes it possible to address the theme of alcoholism in Lyon at the beginning of the contemporary period. Una excavación preventiva realizada en Vénissieux (Ródano) ha permitido estudiar un vertedero compuesto por residuos domésticos y comerciales. Los diversos recipientes de vidrio y cerámica descubiertos ilustran en particular el consumo de alcohol en Lyon a finales del siglo XIX y principios del XX. Las botellas de vidrio atestiguan, por un lado, la actividad cervecera de la ciudad y, por otro, el elevado consumo de licores. Los objetos olvidados, como los pirógenos, son testigos del auge de la publicidad del alcohol dirigida a la clientela de cafés y cervecerías. El estudio de este mueble también permite abordar el tema del alcoholismo en Lyon a principios de la época contemporánea. |
