مستخلص: Transparent conducting substrates ITO were utilized to fabricate Ni (II) Tetraphenyl Porphyrin/ITO optical systems by thermal evaporation technique. The topological characteristic parameters such as the height profile of the surface was evaluated, the average height difference R a = 32.4 nm. The analyzed X-ray diffractograms revealed two peaks with orientations and are identified at diffraction angles 2θ (=8.6314° and 20.0149°), respectively. Also, there are five peaks with the orientations (211), (222), (400), (440) and (622) belong to ITO thin films. The estimated transitions between HOMO and LUMO levels are indirect for NiTPP films; the optical energy gap , and the second transition is the fundamental bandgap . For ITO-films the transition is direct ( ). The Q-factor of was investigated to declare the ratio of the stored to dissipated energies in the fabricated ITO/NiTPP/Al device
