مستخلص: Despite inclusive education mandated policies, deficient levels of inclusive educators' attitudes and teaching efficacy results in unsuccessful inclusive pedagogical practices that enhance poor academic performance outcomes for students with disabilities. This quantitative correlational study aimed to determine if teachers' attitudes and efficacy result in unsuccessful inclusive pedagogical practices when teaching students with disabilities in Texas. The established theoretical framework was obtained from Bandura's social cognitive theory and Bandura's self-efficacy theory. Data was collected online from 132 elementary and secondary inclusive education educators using the Scale of Teacher's Attitudes toward Inclusion Classrooms (STATIC) 5-Likert scaled survey that measured teacher attitudes towards inclusive education, and from 97 elementary and secondary inclusive education educators using the Teacher Efficacy for Inclusive Practices (TEIP) 6-Likert scaled survey that measured teacher efficacy towards inclusive education. A Spearman's correlation analysis was completed to evaluate the relationships between inclusive educators' attitudes and teaching efficacy towards inclusive education. Results indicate a direct positive correlation between attitudes towards inclusive education and inclusive educators' teaching efficacy. A linear regression stepwise analysis allowed the assessment of the three predictor TEIP variables to the criterion variable attitudes toward Inclusive Practices. Results indicate that Efficacy in Collaboration significantly predicts educators' attitudes toward inclusive education practices for disabled students in Texas. Efficacy to Use Inclusive Instruction and Efficacy in Managing Behaviors are non-significant predictors of educators' attitudes towards inclusive education practices for disabled students in Texas. The implication of the study findings validates the need for fundamental and comprehensive inclusive education knowledge as it supports teachers' perspectives regarding inclusion. Recommendations for practice included implementing the prerequisites for employing pre-and in-service training at the collegiate and introductory teaching stage of the inclusive educator's career and providing the opportunity for ongoing professional development that may enhance teacher attitudes and support teacher efficacy. Recommendations for researchers would be to implement a similar research design with a larger sample size incorporating several school districts that may permit future research findings to be more generalizable. Future research should include a mixed-method approach that incorporates a combination of interviews and surveys.
