مستخلص: In today's increasingly interconnected world, intercultural skills and global competence are essential for success in the workforce and society. Internationalization initiatives, such as student mobility, have emerged as effective ways to develop these skills. This study explored the experiences of Black students who participated in community college global mobility programs. Data collection entailed semistructured interviews, document reviews, and field notes on the experiences of six Black community college students who participated in study abroad programs. The data garnered information on the benefits and challenges of global mobility programs and showed how the program impacted the participant's academic, professional, and personal growth. It also showed how they corroborate with the American Council of Education's comprehensive internationalization framework. Overall, the study's findings provided insight into the voices of Black students on global education and programs and contributed to discussions on closing the gap to promote educational equity.
