مستخلص: This study explores the influence mechanism of perceived servant leadership on innovative behavior among college students in Hebei Province, China, and the chain-mediating role of innovative atmosphere and innovative self-efficacy. This study adopts the questionnaire survey method and the convenience sampling method, and 478 college students are collected. The results show that the perception of servant leadership by college students in Hebei Province in China significantly positively affects innovative behavior; The innovative atmosphere and innovative self-efficacy mediate between college students' perceived servant leadership and innovative behavior.
