مستخلص: The aim of this paper is to present a better picture of the acceptability now enjoyed by the Ten-Year Programme on Education and Training (PDEF), the degree of involvement of the partners, who are both beneficiaries and actors of the school system, and the relationship between them. It presents a survey of the acceptability of the PDEF and of community participation that aims to obtain a clearer picture of the degree of actors' involvement and of the impact it produces on changing attitudes towards the school system. Two techniques have been used to collect information, namely document analysis and interviews. These two instruments have made it possible to measure the degree of acceptability achieved by the programme and the level of commitment of partners. This paper cites activities that have led actors to change their views substantially towards the programme. The impact on opinions held concerning the programme is discussed. (Contains 4 notes.)
