The article offers the author's insight on her own private library, sharing her experience of recovering as an English major. She discusses her collections merged with her husband's collection on science fiction. She mentions a list of one hundred best English language novels of the 20th century released by the Modern Library Association in 1998, which she plans to purchase all from thrift stores and used bookstores. She adds that she prefers printed books over electronic-books (ebooks). |
