Many libraries have recently chosen to migrate to Ex Libris' Library Services Platform, Alma. This change can disrupt existing workflows and organization in academic libraries' technical services units. This article explores how the move to Alma and other factors impacted ten academic libraries' technical services units' workflows and structure as well as providing recommendations on how to get the most out of an Alma platform migration.
