The article reports on the results of the study of the organizational climate preferred by Brazilian and Colombian librarians in universities in Sao Paulo and Antioquia. The study forms part of a broader study on work motivation and organizational climate presented to obtain the degree of Doctor of Communications Sciences in the University of Sao Paulo. It is aimed to find out the climate that librarians desired. Details of the study and other significant information are provided. |
