The article presents a case study concerning the measurement of the user satisfaction with regards to the use of Knowledge Resource Centre (KRC) of Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine in Jammu and Kashmir, India. It mentions that the study uses a well structured questionnaire which was then analyze using statistical technique. It states that the study indicates that the use of KRC services include the gender-wise distribution of data, time spend in KRC, and purpose of visiting. |
